Tap the + button on the Invoices tab, select a customer, add line items with descriptions and prices, set your VAT rate and payment terms, then save. You can share the PDF via email, WhatsApp, AirDrop, or any app.
Go to More → Business Settings → tap the logo area to upload from your photo library. Your logo will appear on all invoices.
Open any invoice and tap the share icon in the toolbar. You can send via email, AirDrop, WhatsApp, Messages, or any other sharing app.
LedgerPad is free to download.

No. LedgerPad Unlock is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Nothing renews and you won't be charged again.
Every new user gets a 14-day free trial of every feature, starting the first time you open LedgerPad. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged when it ends — features beyond the free plan simply lock again, and your data is kept. LedgerPad Unlock opens everything again at any time.
Go to Settings within the app → tap "Restore Purchases". This is useful if you've reinstalled the app or switched devices.
Go to More → Backup & Restore → Create Backup. Your data is saved as a JSON file you can restore at any time.
Go to More → Cloud Sync and enable it (part of LedgerPad Unlock). Your data will sync across all devices signed into the same iCloud account.
Go to More → Export Data (part of LedgerPad Unlock). You can export in CSV or IIF (QuickBooks) format for your accountant.
Not yet. Filing VAT returns and quarterly Income Tax updates to HMRC from LedgerPad is coming in a future update. LedgerPad keeps your sales, expenses and VAT as digital records, and Reports shows your VAT position and profit and loss, to use with HMRC's own service or your accountant's software.
Not yet. Filing to HMRC needs HMRC's approval of the app, which LedgerPad does not have yet. We will say so here, and in the app, when it does.
